Love your shop! I'm up here in N. Central Texas almost in the river and have a 30 x 40 shop too. Built it 35 years ago when I was young, poor and stupid. If I were doing it again I would definitely build it it 12 or 14 ft center height instead of 10 ft to have room for a mezzanine in the top...
