If the style of tail pipe is attaced from above by the chrome skushion stopper chrome ring, then release the riser from the P-trap, and then try your best with a little heat and persuasive application of possibly a wooden dowel, remove said stuck upper skutchen ring.

So what is a fair price for a six drawer Kennedy nowadays? I get that one man's treasures are a nother man's junk,... and what the market will bear... Just picking the minds that give a care. Boy, am I leaving myself open on this one...lol

After market casters with wheel lock, after market lock and keys. The casters mounting holes matched the factory holes perfectly. Saved the kennedy lock cylinder, need a new barrel key.
