I have been eyeing an old barn to use as a shop, get on the ole garage journal and here is this gem. How is the barn ? House looks good.

Maybe a spray foam/traditional insulation combo. I would want spay foam between the living quarters and the garage portion for an "extra" seal.

I have had one of those hitch predicament before. You just throw those underwear away. Keep on keeping on and you will be there soon enough.
