I work part time for my buddy who owns a concrete business. I convinced him to buy a new rebar bender and I was tired of using the old one on the floor so I built a stand/table for it. It just needs a sheet of plywood to finish off the top. It's already much nicer to work standing up!
Copper wont rust from the inside out. To me, it's easier to cut and sweat copper than to cut and thread black iron. Also easier for me to get joints to not leak with sweated joints. Copper is more expensive.
My last couple installs I used PEX. That's what I will use in the future.
I had a buddy that had some 1" PEX left over from running a water line to his new house. I used that to run a continuous loop all the way around my garage at the top of the walls, using an elbow at each corner. Then I used 1" x 1/2" tee's where ever I wanted a drop down the wall to a shower...
The orange stands in the picture are what I described in my post. Just make the top flat instead of dished and add some angle iron to keep the car from rolling off.

Cut 4 trapezoids and 1 square from 1/8” or 10 gauge sheet steel. The square will be the top of a box that the tire will sit on. The trapezoids will be the sides. Since the base is larger than the bottom they will nest.

Apples turn brown because of the oxygen in the air reacting with enzymes in the cells of the apple. No oxygen = no turning brown. I would imagine they nitrogen purge the package before it it sealed.
One thing I see is that the inside edge of the flange that you have your bolts going through will not be parallel to the outside edge like you have it modeled. This will make it difficult to bolt through properly. But, it might not matter really.

When I learned that lesson the hard way it only hit the ways and slipped the drive belt. I have seen people throw it across the room.
