A 24 X 26 slab is a decent amount of concrete. I'd rent a skid-steer with a breaker attachment and a grapple attachment. How much work it will be is predicated on 1) how thick the slab is and how much steel reinforcement is in it. A 4" slab with 6"x6" 10 gauge wire mesh isn't too much work...

That's a smaller version of what we use to repair leaking concrete foundation walls. It's hydrophilic polyurethane resin that reacts with water and expands about 30 times and seals the crack. We buy that stuff in 5 gallon pails and use a specialized grout pump to inject it. I'm sure it will...
