I think one other consideration for the metal tube frame versus pole barn is at least up to a 30 foot wide structure, the tube frame roof trusses give much more useable interior height. Typically a pole barn only has useable interior height as tall as the sidewall due to the roof truss design...

A notched edge (1.5" drop) on the slab edges so the metal siding can extend below the base rail will virtually eliminate any chance of water infiltration around the bottom of the building along with extending the slab dimensions at least 6" on all sides. Lots of online videos on this. Cheap...
