Zillow is the worst... There just isn't a good way to search based on garage space. I wasn't aware of realtor.com.. That seems to be a good one as it has a seleection for 3+ garages. Still get a few 0-2s in the mix though.

For 139.00 & free shipping (Prime), im in! Light duty is all I need it to withstand. The rotating head and base should make it worth it's cost 10-fold on odd shaped welding projects in the garage!! Now to find or build a base!

Looks like a fun project! In the meantime (before insulation/drywall), build some shelves into the studs with a few horizontal 2x4 (or even 2x6) braces between the studs. I did that on an old garage and it turned out really nice for small can/bottle storage.

Could you PM me the name of the contractor you are using for the charge/startup? I'm in N-DFW and looking to do the same with a 12K mini-split. Or better yet, let me know who it was once it is running well!:beer:
