I have a HF 151(?) 220v and can do fine with thicker material using FC. I can't seem to stop burn through on thin metal/sheet metal even with low settings and slow wire speed. I've gotten good Lincoln wire (.030) (suggested on welding site) and that did no good either. I guess gas would be...
