I just installed 1" corrugated galvanized metal on my ceiling. My plastic electrical boxes were also set up for drywall. I unscrewed them broke off the standard depth tab and dropped them so that the face of the box was an inch lower than the rafter and would be flush with the finished metal...

Put a ceiling in it, 26 ga galvalume. No taping and mudding for me :)

That is the only pic I have. The ad claims it is made in the US, the asking price is $100.

Anyone recognize this one? $100. Priced a little high maybe? I am thinking I would like to hold out for a Wilton.

Gusseted my ridge beam in hopes of bringing home my engine and lifting it out of the back of my truck without brining down the beam on top of me. Does anyone have an idea of how much weight I should be able to safely lift ? My ridge beam is 5 laminated Fir 2x12's capped with a spruce 2x8 top...

We are lucky. All locally sourced, locally milled red cedar trim/posts and beams in the carport.

I am in the middle of finishing the inside of my shop and came on here to get ideas and wasn't disappointed. Great site. Here's a crappy pic taken this morning My brother inlaw and I built it last winter, still need to finish some exterior bits and the whole interior.
