MWeric Who makes the grey case 1/2 impacts with the impact driver?

I live on the east coast of Canada, salt in the air and put on the roads. If your working on stuff more then two or three years old and don't have oxygen. This is the normal way, I weld a washer to whats left, then weld the bolt. I use an electrical impact, air is too much most of the time.
