    ^ for me a pick is probably in 10 top of most used tools so id say money well spent...... dont get my wrong i got hf, kobalt, s.o. craftsman. some other off shoot set. they all serve there place, matco picks just happen to be in 1st place.

    auto mechanics,how often you will used 1/4" drive

    1/4" is literally almost all i use, i keep 1 socket rail in my working cart (the cart i only put tools in because i will lose them if is set them down anywhere else)....... i keep a 6,8,10 semi deep sockets, impact swivel adapter, 10mm swivel socket , 10mm shallow magnetic socket, those as well...
