No one said it was pumped up that high, hence the gauge install. Dial back the unloader on the pressure washer to reduce the pressure.

I filled my 1957 Kellogg American with water, added a gauge and a quick coupler for the pressure washer hose. Pressurized the tank and let it set for a few hours.
