Currently building a 24X28X10 stick built detached garage in Fayetteville, NC. Temps reach the mid 90s in the summer and mid 40s in the winter although it occasionally goes above 100 and below 32F. It will have a attic which will be used for storage and will not be heated/cooled at this time...
