what type of unit do i need.. i really dont know much about the difference in minisplits.. i just got a new garage door clopay R18 that has the highest level insulated garage door in 2017. so now i can get minisplit right and it should cool this area..what type size BTU? any info...

its summer in florida i just had an insulated garage put in and the temp inside garage is still 82-84 in daytime..weve been 90 all week...id settle for 75-77..any ideas how about getting a Y part and and attacjhing portable to dryer vent? if noti guess everyone seems to like mini split..costs?

how much did it cost you all in including the unit? how many BTU? does it do the job temp wise I'm not handy so i would have to get someone to do..who does contractor?, ac guy?..handyman? this was one of the options i was thinking. Thank you
