Anyone used these automatic foundation vents. Open at 70* and closes at 40* by there self with no electricity. Thought about using on backside of my shop in the wall to help ventilate shop. Back of them would be accessible from inside if I wanted to force closed or shut. They will fit between...

I see no other signs of high humidity but I have not checked the dew point. Did I not wait long enough for slab to dry/cure? Will ventilating it help or will I have to run dehumidifier?
