    I would be thrilled to find a quality contractor at $10 sqft, but can't find anyone. The two estimates I have received are $7 and $20 sqft (labor only), but they will not install tile that I purchase elsewhere. They offer their own heavily marked up tiles, at an additional $3-5 sqft.
