Honda's oem supplier is Honeywell and another company (can't think of the other company's name right now). But it is not Fram. The only time we use aftermarket filters is for used cars (non Acura/Honda). Most of the aftermarket filters are smaller than oem filters.
Large spring clamp or large clothes pin. You don't want a lot of tension or the switch could break. I have seen spcial clamps in the tool catalogs. I believe they are called "sanity clamps" so you don't go insane listening to the door chime.
Their warranty is outstanding. Last winter i had to send in my 3/8 fuel impact because when i pulled the trigger the leds just flashed and nothing else. Sent it in and got it back within a week.
It is the same as the mac toolbox, just different name plates. I had the mac version for about 13 years before I got my toolvault elite. I think the husky went for about 800-900 new.

I agree with what everyone else has said. The past 3 hourly kids I have trained all have had to borrow some tools from me for the first month or so. We understand it's an exspensive profession to get into and you won't be able to afford everything you need at once.
