Your space looks good. Down sizing is a challenge but in the end I think you'll find redefining your work area can be very rewarding. I used to have a very large shop but a lot of area was waisted or collected junk. I am currently creating a small work shop and enjoying the change. Keep at it.

Great garage. I like the separation. You can have a clean side, safe from the dirty work. The one plug deal is horrible to deal with. I've put up with the same problem for a little over a year. Running a 220 feed and new panel next week.

Great garage. Love the flooring. The fans are a great idea. I've been wanting to add ceiling fans to my shop but I do do not want the standard house look. These fit the bill perfectly. Thanks for posting your thread and sharing your ideas.
