UPDATE: I rolled the dice and bought part #11114-15 from ereplacementparts based on researching Columbian and Wilton vise parts diagrams. I actually saw that same part number listed for the Columbian D46 vise but when you try to by the part for that vise it's unavailable. Anyway it arrived...
