    Air Compressor Impaired

Hi Tarmy, a 20g I just picked up looks identical to yours except it is a Dayton. May I ask how much PSI yours gets up to? Mine makes it up to 100 before shutting off automatically. The motor on mine is Model No. 9K322P. P.S. I currently have it set up for 115v - no 230v available yet.

    Another APO Update

Ryan, have you ever detailed how you make the foam inlays? Did a quick search on the site and nothing came up. Enjoyed your video. Almost thought you were going to coat your tools with cosmoline.

    Auto Batteries

I went with Odyssey AGM after two Optimas failed me. They are big in the off-roading crowd. No problems running my QuickJack with them, though I do use them with my motor running to be safe. Here's an old thread on them (link) from the Land Cruiser forum. Odyssey is Enersys.

Armorpoxy Project of the Week NYC Penn Station

Great job. I used to commute on those platforms when I was interning for the MTA. I never got to experience the old Penn Station, only watch documentaries.

So... what you're saying is that hydronic would be the way to go . My education background is in a useless soft science so it will take me some time to make sense (and make use) of your engineering calculations. I appreciate the lesson - something for me to sink my teeth into. For my own...

    Hailing from Queens, NY

Thank you. I'm a long time lurker, I confess. These are very interesting ideas. To answer your questions I only have a plow, no skid steer. I would like to make do with the equipment we already have and I'm wary of training my guys to operate a skid-steer properly - let alone the insurance...

    Hailing from Queens, NY

Thank you, I've been to San Diego before, it's a lovely place. That library at UCSD is something. Coincidentally, I've been looking online for upholsterers in Tijuana to re-wrap a steering wheel. No dice yet.

I thought this was a good deal Helicoil kit

Ah, well I have been edified . I have had admittedly less experience with only a chassis support brace.

    A Scalene Garage in Queens

Knew that was coming! Unfortunately I'm tied to NYC for the foreseeable future since my parking business is here. I do have two neighbors adjacent to me, identical houses and lots, with huge backyards (picture attached). A far-off dream would be to purchase the two and combine the lots, renting...

    A Scalene Garage in Queens

Good morning all, first time poster long time reader. Like many others, I found this forum by way of watching a video of Jack Olsen's 12-Gauge Garage. I'm also an active member of LegacyGT.com, a forum dedicated mostly to the 4th gen. Subaru Legacy. My thread, there. Since I purchased my wagon...

    Makita 18v Ratchet 1/4"-3/8" XRW01Z

Finally a ratchet for their 18v line. I will be returning my unopened angle impact driver for this since I work mostly on my car. They are available for pre-order on tool nut right now, they ship on 2/19/21. Apologies I can't share a clickable link because of my post count...

    Tool Belt Recommendation

I'm looking into Buckaroo as well but not so sure about the lead time. I may get a Buckaroo belt and outfit it with Occidental pouches. Need to convert several dozen fluorescent lights to LED and this will save me a lot of running up and down the ladder.
