Running air lines in a trench with electrical to a shed?

Run a DOT brake airline in a pvc conduit. you can get it in 500' lengths or longer I believe. EDIT: if you do this route, tape the last foot of it up so it doesnt get scratched pulling it. It will leak if it gets scratched.

Need new mower for 3 acres

I just bought a house with about 3.5-4 acres to mow. I ended up buying a Scag Cheetah with the the 31HP Kawasaki and a 61" cut. It set me back 10K. I figure its worth the investment, it will probably be the last mower I buy for a LONG time. It took me a little over an hour and a half to do the...

    disk/belt sander (Reliant)

Whats the skinny on disk/belt sanders? I would be using one for steel. What is the ideal SFPM on one? Is there a difference (RPM?) between ones designed for wood and metal? Ive ran across this on CL, 6" belt 9" disc sander. The guy is asking a hundred bucks. Do you think it is worth it?

    "Franzinator" build...IPS with no epoxy

So basically what you all are doing is making another air tank before the main tank that comes with the compressor? It gives the air time to expand, and also taking advantage of the thermal mass of the tank. Why couldnt you use an air tank you would use with air ride and get similar results...

My son building is first project

Thats awesome! I started tiging when I was 16, I'm 22 now. I decided one day I wanted to learn how to weld, went into the garage and picked the torch up and went to town.
