Never made it to what I intended to do today but I did get some suspect electric lines down before something went wrong. Still some more to get disconnected but they don't run through a tree and held off the barn by a board.

The electric company here can magically read your meter over the line but cannot see they left you without power when getting power back on after a storm.

I always figure if I don't make some kind of mess I didn't do it right.

Harbor Freight recalls jackstands that replaced the recalled jackstands.

I have no problem buying harbor freight tools, but when I needed jack stands I headed to napa. just not worth the risk when your life is potentially at stake.

We've been close to eighty a couple days this week and the weather people are talking possible snow next week. Our average temperatures are outstanding about the only time we see them is in passing.

Allegedly it made it to 32 today, it's better then the teens and 30 mph winds earlier this week. Thankfully the possible six inches of snow didn't materialize, we had about an inch of dry snow.

I'm considering a storage container for the 'stuff' and items not used on a regularly. We still have stuff scattered between two places and things haven't went as we were told here, but at some point this will be ours.

Your not the only one, up to six inches expected Tuesday with 30 mph winds and the fence is down between here and the North pole. Temps in the teens and below zero at night.

For mouse proof long lasting storage these are my choice, they do make larger sizes. Plano Storage Trunk I have one that is in the back of my pick up with a small floor jack, chains, grease guns, and more for four plus years now, still looks good. The lid latches are a weak point but not a deal...

Drove to work on solid ice this morning after sleet overnight here in NW Oklahoma. Hopefully some will give way today, plunging to eight overnight. Winter is over rated. Good luck getting everything done Strouty and getting your world put back together.

Air Compressor Tank -- When to Retire

Look at the fitting welded into the bottom of that tank, something had already happened to do that.

Your no start issue sounds like a mystery to me. The fact that it starts after you get it started is a heck of a curve ball. The only problem I've had with hydro locking was a small engine and it turned until it didn't with the pull rope.
