Try and find a Super Autobacs, there is one in Tokyo Bay.
It has a few tools but not so many really. usually some sort of car show in the car park at weekends.

It's a little beaten up with a few small dents etc, but it's solid, all there (incl 1 original key) and the drawers work nicely.
