    I watched a video on it from Doc at Last Best Tools before I bought it. He covers it pretty well. I like it. It's solid and feels like quality. And $15! If they make a 3/8" version, I won't hesitate to pick it up.

    The latches came from Etsy. There are several makers for them. You just enter the text you want, and they 3d print the latch with the custom label. Then swap the factory latch on the packout for the custom one.
