There has been some delays. We are now in the process of buying another piece of property! The seller backed out at the last minute. Once everything gets underway we should be kicking this thing off in 3-4 weeks. Our schedule is to have the building finished by the end of July.

A container would be cool. Those things are solid and would be perfect for parts and lawn equipment ect. My brother has 2 where he keeps his motorcycles. I may check into getting one as it would give me place to keep tools while we are building the shop.

yep, that is the plan. No custom cabinets, jacuzzi tub, or stainless appliances. We want it to be simple and cheap. Having an architect for a wife, I am actually impressed with her keeping a budget in mind with the design. I have 98% of everything figured and I expect us to stay on budget.
