When built - I wasn't allowed to run a 2nd utility out there (city regulations) but plan on putting some sort of heating system eventually. Most likely electrical for when working on vehicles/winters, etc. I haven't dug into them much yet honestly and am open to suggestions.

Armorpoxy - Do you do quartz flooring? And if so, would you recommend it for a residential garage? What is the longevity for a daily use garage? (Forever hopefully). Looking for some insight because I can't find much on GJ here. Thanks for any insight.

The stone used on this project is called "Eden Country Manor" by Eden Stone out of Wisconsin. Here's their corporate website - www.edenstone.net and it's a natural stone. You can get either the thin veneer (2") or the structural building stone.
