I have the same lift - DX-9000XLT. I ended up with just purchasing their (Advantage) LED Lighting kit ( pawned it off on somebody else to get for me as a Christmas present) and I also went with the manual bridge jack and I love it. I like being able to "feel" the control I have with the manual...
I have a Advantage DX-9000XLT that I had delivered and installed myself memorial day weekend of 2020. I got the manual bridge jack also with it. With the bridge jack you get the 4 extenders and the plain round pads that make contact with the vehicle. Does anyone have a lead on the Frame style...
Advantage DX-9000XLT Owner here for over a year now. Best purchase ever. Super stout and Sturdy. Flawness Operation. If anything were to go wrong it's easy to troubleshoot and repair since it's pretty much all nuts and bolts.
If you have the room, I recommend the Advantage DX-9000XLT. I've owned it for a year now in my 36x24x12 and Its plenty long for my 1/2 ton pickup, Posts are not in the way of anything. I also have the manual bridge jack, I want another but the prices are so high right now I'm going to wait it...
I had the same question when I took delivery of my DX-9000XLT back on memorial day 2020. I e-mailed a picture to Advantage and they do go on the end of each track to keep any bridge jacks and jack tray from rolling off.
I got the rubber pads to help offset minor floor sloping issues to help level the lift out more, and they do seem to help with the walking in my case. My floor is bare concrete sealed with Legacy industrial HD-39
Also Love my Advantage DX-9000XLT delivery taken a few days before Memorial day. Had it up over 2 partial days. Engine Hoist and wheel dollies were used for setup. I did have an extra set of hands to help me stand up the posts with the crossbar attached.
Only Add-on was the manual bridge jack...
I'm in LOVE with my Advantage DX-9000XLT. I got a manual bridge jack for it ( Plan on getting another around the holidays), LED lights that span the entire length of each runway, and some nice thick rubber pads to go underneath each column to help level it out further in my situation.
It's...
I use this to cut my cardboard into smaller, manageable pieces for recycling. Only takes a few minutes to do a weeks worth or more of cardboard.
Significant other enjoys it so much, she is the one who usually gets to it first...works for me...
Move the NON power ramp. Install the power ramp and make sure you choose the correct holes so you can still install the T Handle to work the locks. I had a brain fart and had to unbolt and move it over.
Just bought and assembled my Advantage DX9000-XLT over memorial day weekend.
I got drip trays, ramps, casters, wheel chocks and wheel stops (aluminum) all included.
Only option I added on was a manual bridge jack to bring the wheels off the ramp ( paid 695$)
glad I waited an extra year or...
