Electric Requirements for a New Compressor

I was wrong its a range cord. I edited my post to reflect that. I used a NEMA 14-50 plug. I didn't see that post. I wish my IR compressor had come with the specs for a breaker. It was not in the manual that came with it. The electrician / electrical engineer I work with said a 30 or 50 would...

Electric Requirements for a New Compressor

The 60 number is the frequency not amperage. 220V/1 phase/60hz. I thought the same thing about mine. Draws more like 21 amps. Run a neutral even if you terminate it in the box for now. Help me fix my Craftsman Pro Floor Jack

A few years ago, I bought a Craftsman 4 Ton Low Profile Service Jack at sears. It had a really beefy frame and looked like it was great quality. At the time, there weren't 93 reviews with 2/5 stars on average on the sears website...

    What are these screws for?

Broken Floor Jack... I've read the sticky. Hey Everybody. I'm having trouble with a craftsman hydraulic jack I bought a few years back. It won't lift or hold loads. I added hydraulic jack oil and have bled and bled and bled it per the manufacturer instructions. I keep getting air out while...
