I have just purchased a new home and it has a 30 x 40 metal building made on a wood frame. (6x6 posts) aprox. 6ft apart. I put concrete in over the 7/16 minus bed that was already in place with a vapor barrier under. The roof does has a ridge vent but there is not a soffit or any other...
