Did some searching for 650 vs 645. Looks like 645 is still a 5" jaw. Found a few retailers offering jaw replacements that look like they'll fit and found someone selling chunks of the vise that look to be the correct one. Appreciate the help! Looks like I have a 645!

Looking around, I think that the 111101, 111103, etc numbers are just part/casting numbers and aren't anything to do with the model number I'm looking for. I am certainly open to being wrong though. Let me know if there are any other numbers that I may have missed. I'll get more pictures taken ASAP.
