What purpose you want to buy the torque wrench for? I have seen torque master wrench in oil field use, and they are very heavy built. It may not be equivalent to snap on or tohnichi or norbar ( you can get all of these in India, if you desire). There is toptul as well, as this brand gets more...

No tool manufacturer in whole ' world' deals directly with end customers. There are tool dealers/resellers/shops from whom you can buy. As for your original post, I suggest you to stay away or be very cautious when purchasing from industrybuying/industrykart/urjakart/tolexo/ and few more.

Try knipex 18" bolt cutter 71 72 460. You can try other brands available cheaper, if its a one time use. Now there is 10" version of cobolt also, but its better to go for 18" knipex.

with knipex, its nice to have both style of grips. comfort grips is more suitable with pliers wrench and bolt cutter maybe. I have x-cut with comfort grip, does'nt hurt the hand at all

...thats right. More stiffness prevents loss of torque from impact socket. weld a pipe over socket it will work too. cant weld? try epoxy. it may work
