    Could you please be more specific where both jacks failed? Was it the seals like the other low quality brands or a catastrophic failure? I could believe one Brunnhoelzl jack failing but two. Post pictures of them. They are worth a thousand words.

    The Brunnhoelzl ($1295.00 ) website says their low profile jack has a Maximum lift height of 23 inches versus yours at 17.44 inches. Also the pictures of their crossbeams look different from yours. Are these two different jacks?
