Definitely considered leaving the entire bathroom just for the simple fact of saving me the hassle of dealing with the plumbing... just one less thing to deal with. The fridge may not stay with the house, but if it does then I was thinking of putting it into the utility room if there is space...

We have the Sloan water-less urinals at work. The only time they seem to have problems or get clogged/backed up is when idiots spit saliva, spit sunflower seeds, or ash their cigs in them... that will clog them up fast and cause odor. There use to be a sign that said no spitting in the urinals...

This was my thought as well. I looked up what permits have been pulled on the house and it came up with 5 and none of them appeared to have anything to do with the mods to the garage. This kind of makes me worried about what the inspector has to say come Monday.... Thanks for the response...

Thanks for the warm welcome. But you have heard correct, get you a bottle of 75/25 and solid ER70 wire (diameter dependent on metal thickness of course) and you will wonder why you even used flux core wire in the first place. Haha that is funny. I am currently in the "middle" of town I guess...
