The builder said it's significant increase, but did not go into detail. The doors are on the long side not the ends FYI

I am staring to think that maybe I could do this same build in stick frame and save myself a lot. As I would be doing all the labor if it was stick frame. Now I'm debating what route to go :(
I have received some input from Sims5 and found that using different sized door and changing overall length might be an advantage and will talk to my builder about this to change in the plan.
