Also why is there such an added cost to have 4' spacing between the garage door openings? The builder said it's significant increase, but did not go into detail. The doors are on the long side not the ends FYI

Chads2slow thanks for the numbers gives me a decent number to build form. Was that price with concrete? I am staring to think that maybe I could do this same build in stick frame and save myself a lot. As I would be doing all the labor if it was stick frame. Now I'm debating what route to go :(
