OK. Spoke with my HVAC guy. He is now telling me he quoted a Weil McLain GV90 plus4 97000 BTU rated at 92%. So your thoughts are appreciated. However, this appears to be a totally different kind of boiler. Thanks.
Anthony, I will discuss the details of the installation this week. Also, I do have the stapler... I think I paid $300 for it. I also have a bunch of staples as well. What about $150 + shipping costs. Thanks Ted
Yes. It is indeed a Wail-McClain 95.2% 80000BTU. And I believe the unit is around 4K. This company does alot of HVAC work for me. They are a good company to use. The owners are brothers. Thanks for your responses. Ted.
OK. Anthony... that does not compare to my garage.. but thanks.
MyGarageOne.. One thing I am not is Cheap, however, just being smart about asking for some advice before pulling the trigger. Thanks.

OK. I am just finishing my dream garage. It is 36' x 50' with 12.5' ceiling hgt. It has Silver faced insulation on the ceiling and walls. And concrete floor. I would like to have 100 lumens per square foot. Can anyone recommend a layout and type of fixtures to use. I was thinking of using T8s...
Okay it sounds like from "pattenp" comment that I would like to have about 100 limens per square foot. So that would be 16 4' - 4tube fixtures. Any good sites to order lites from? Thanks
I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out the lighting for my garage. However, I want to use T8 4' 4-bulb fixtures. I had a local lighting distributor look at it and he said i would need 9 fixtures. Sounds to me it would not be enough. Thanks for your help.
I framed the entire garage with 2 x 8's. I am about to order a R-16 garage door, but I limited the remaining garage to 2 exterior pedestrian doors & 3 windows
