    If you are painting a brick wall, then depending upon the smoothness of the wall, you'll struggle to get a very sharp line, but if you follow Streetstar's advice it will help. If you are painting a dry-lined/panel wall then it can work well.

    I would do terrible things for a garage like that. -mine is a standard (1930s Austin 7 sized?) garage in the UK. I'd have to move to somewhere way out in the sticks (ie. Northern Scotland!) to get something like that for an affordable price.

    What sort of money does a house with a double-double garage cost in Florida?
