    Just use a solvent of some type on the glue. make sure the doors and windows are open and you should be able to get it off with a scraper. Glue remover will cost too much for the quantity you need. her is a link to HGTV discussing the different ways to remove adhesives...

    Companies that do mud jacking may be able to raise it a little to a peak so it does not puddle. Not sure on older crete though.

    Yeah, I forgot the hoses...doh. Now the bathrooms that is how I have seen most of them...but from my interpretation of the layout that is where I would guess. Then again maybe those are service entrances and there would be rest rooms around back.
