    You are correct about these sizes. Once in a while 21mm is also needed. The larger sizes are needed infrequently.

    Termite treatment

    A termite barrier would provide another layer of protection against ground termites. The barrier is made of sand about 16 grit and roughly 4 inches thick. The sand barrier is placed before the slab is poured. A google search on the termite barrier should provide more info. I hope this helps.

    WTB 12mm flex socket combination wrench

    I lost my SnapOn FHOM12 12mm combination wrench that I bought back in the day over 30 years ago. I would like to buy a replacement if anyone has one for sale. I have the Gear Wrench tools in 12mm but it is not the same thing. I would prefer to pay via paypal if possible.
