Yes the finish will be power troweled. Looking to harden the surface to prevent damage and sealing to avoid staining.

Getting ready to pour my slab and was looking into having the cement colored utilizing BASF MasterColor tinting. The coloring would be added to the concrete mix in the truck from the plant. Can I still utilize a densifier and sealer over the finished floor?

Thank you for the great information. Looks like I may have finally figured out what to apply. I have one other question that my mason mentioned. After pouring the slab a curing agent will be sprayed over the surface. Will this have to be stripped off prior to applying the densifier?

Thank you Shea. What surface finish is recommended. Trowel finish? smooth finish. This will be new concrete. When can the densifier and sealer be applied?

Finally started my project and looking for a good option for the floor. Shop size is 30x50 15' ceiling and CMU walls. Really looking at applying a densifier to harden the surface. Is there a all in one densifier and sealer? What type of finish is needed to apply the densifier?
