I'm thinking of a similiar building. I'm leaning to a 10' eave ht w/ clear span and maybe a 6:12 pitch. I've looked at MiracleTruss and some others, but have not made a decision. are you going to erect it yourself or are you going w/ a contractor?

This is the breakdown of my estimates for this building - 30x60'x10': Trusses, side posts and skins - $20,000 Foundation - $10,000 (100 cu yds @ $100 / cu yd) Electrical - $5,000 Plumbing - $5,000 Shipping - ??????? Labor - free (I'm cheap) Other materials (lumber, windows, doors, etc) -...

I'm looking for the building to be 30' x 60' w/ 100 amp service and a toilet and sink. Concrete floor an I intend to erect teh building myself. I'll sub out the foundation, electrical and plumbing. One concern I have is permits. I assume that most of these manufacturers provide blueprints...

I'm thinking of building a steel building that will be my workshop. Anyone have any feedback on Miracletruss or any other steel building outfit? Tanx.
