Permabilt says what's killing the price is the hardyboard and texture roof to match the house.
Permabilt will only deliver a structure with finished exterior (walls, roof, windows, doors). That's it. No water, power, dry wall, no insulation, nothing.
Pacific Garages would be a finished building with water, power, drywall, etc. Complete build.
I wish I knew DIY... If they sold garage/shops as a build yourself kit, I would totally do it myself.
