Any interest in a RapidReel group buy?

I agree. To flame a respected company because they won't discount their product? Thank them for their time & go buy a better hose reel.....maybe with a discount. Sevensandeights......cudos to you for trying to set this up for all of us here on GJ......but to those who flame the company because...

Any interest in a RapidReel group buy?

I've got the wheeled model with the extra capacity kit. Finest hose reel you ever buy. If there is any discount at all I'm in for another wheeled model as I'll end up buying one anyways.

    How messy is diamond grinding?

I'm in the process of finishing up a 700 sqft area of a basement garage. My floor is 15 yrs old with an unknown gray floor coating. I used an Edco grinder. As others have said, use a respirator & safety glasses. Go to Home Depot & buy a couple packages of the fine filtration collection bags for...

What is this on my concrete?

That area already has 2 coats. When I receive my order this week I was planning on just applying a 3rd coat. I need to de-gloss it first? I did not do that between the 1st & 2nd coats. How do I do that? with sandpaper? I guess I was under the impression I could just throw on an additional...

What is this on my concrete?

These are some pics of a basement garage floor that was prepped using a diamond grinder, acid etched then top coated with apolyaspartic urethane. I can't figure out what the "diaper rash" is from. It's almost like small strings of something embedded in the concrete. Scott....can this be...

I used about 1.5 gallons. Quikcrete acid etching stain comes in 3 flavors....tan, coffee & cayenne red...

Couple trivia questions & some pics

For anyone else with the same questions, I got my answers from Christine at EC. As for the pitting she recommended mixing a batch small enough for just that area, applying it and letting it set for a couple hours before a second coat is applied when doing the entire floor. For the joint between...

Couple trivia questions & some pics

Hello....and what a great site! Like many I've been lurking here for a while trying to gather as much information as I can. I'm just about ready to start my project but have a few questions for some of the people who have done this before. I have not yet decided on which product I want to use...
