So lets say you have a habit of dropping at least a gallon of ATF anytime you are working on a transmission (its impossible for me not to do for some reason) Will it sit on top or would i have to pull the squares up to clean underneath? Basically i guess I am asking if the tiles are sealed...

I in the same spot as you with trying to add space to my garage overhead area. i think i need to build a better structure first to be able to attach a "floor"
