found this at a flea market..tried to find some info on the interweb about this Co. but not much except Ebay..curious about age..I take the Co is out of business..looks to be complete with dividers and cork(minus key)..maybe value, if possible..

just a quick note..went to a garage sale a couple of days ago, and found a full toolbox..brought it home..gave it a quick clean and sort out what was inside.. one of the drawers are locked (it opened when I looked at it), tried to remove the drawer above the locked one, but to no avail...found...
