I was born in Lake Charles, LA a long time ago. I have a BME from Northwestern State University and a MM in performance from University of Arizona. I was a band director for 9 years before I realized that I was so busy teaching kids how to play their instruments that I never had time to play my own! Performing on my horn is my drug and I wasn't getting the correct dosage. I joined the U.S. Army Band and got to play my *** off! I retired in 2018 and needed a hobby, so tinkering with cars has become my new pastime. Joining The Garage Journal was a no-brainer. I look forward to sharing with other members!
