Here are a few pics with 4 cabinets hanging. I plan to put in a corner shelf that will hold my computer and monitor and **** one more shelf up on the left and two shelves on the right leaving a gap for peg board between them. Let me know what you think. PS... ignore the mess, Im working on it....
anewman - that was the sole reason for building them like that. I hated having to move my benches to clean around them, so I built cantilever benches and lag bolted then to the house framing....The legs are tied into the sill plates so I think they will stand up to some abuse.

I just got a pretty good deal on some garage cabinets from a local wholesaler. I got 7 of the below cabinets for 120 bucks:
They are 25" wide 23.5" tall and 12" deep. My problem is placement.... Here is a pic of my workbench, maybe a little input from you guys will help me decide how to put...
Yeah it is on, but with the economy where it is and the price of gas, unless they are looking for a dedicated tow rig it is going to be tough selling it... Nice truck though.
Thanks guys, I see it as a simple addition that is long overdue in my attached garage. My detached garage is being turned into a paint booth and mixing room.
My material list was:
2- 2x4x12 long bench rails
2- 2x4x10 short bench rails
8- 2x4x8 cantilever legs and stringers
2- 3/4x4x8 plywood sheathing
2- 1/4x4x8 hardboard
The trim was some recycled pieces but it is 1x3
1lb- 1-5/8" drywall screws for securing the plywood to the framing
