I've always been into tools and working on projects. I would help my father fix things and do small repairs on his cars when I was a little kid. Then I became interested into custom car audio and custom trucks, mainly MiniTrucks. Started with lowering my 1989 S10 pickup and it snowballed from there. I learned how to weld and basic metalworking when I was in highschool. Then I just self taught myself more advanced skills from there. Next thing you know, I scrapped the stock chassis on my truck and built a full custom chassis with a mustang ii front clip, ford 9 inch rear end, pete and jakes 4 link, and mostly everything else is modified or custom made. One day I will finish it.
I've also gained an interest in woodwork and building stuff around the home. I just don't own all the proper woodworking tools to build extensive projects.
Now I'm also into vintage tools. I've managed to aquire an old Duro drill press, craftsman band saw, 3 block grinders, Wilton vise, 4 Parker vises, and an athol vise. I blame Garage Journal.
