Well my tool shop miter saw finally gave up on me and I was wondering what miter saws you use and recommend but it also needs to be a sliding miter. I don't use it enough to be spending $600 on one but I don't want the cheapest one ether. Any help would be great! I was thinking around $200-$300...
Yea I don't think I'll grind I've etched it already and the oil came back again. So I'll try most of these methods and re etch. I'll let you guys know what I come up with.
I didn't even use masking tape all I did is cut it upside down with a skill saw. Both sides have melamine on them. The only thing that was hard is making a line so if you ever get it make sure you get a silver sharpie too.
It was already attached... It came in a 4x8 sheet it was about $36 a sheet though. And it is chemical resistant also so you can put paint thinner on it if you needed to!
Yup just found it :) im going to mount the vise on the right side above my air compressor I'm going to put a couple more 2x4s under the top to reinforce the top so I don't break it. And it's a detached garage. Just a one car garage but it gets the job done
Now that I can try it's supposed to rain all week any way I'll go buy some tide today...do you just keep the towel wet then or do you just lift it up and water the tide? I'm in no rush to paint the floor I just want it done right.
Lol the reason I have so much bracing in the shelf is because I was only using 3/8 plywood. I didn't want the shelf to droop. But the reason the propane tank is there, I just wanted to make sure it fit.
