    Your thoughts on this vise?

My dad has two of these and beats the hell out of them and loves them. I hate them. They still sell these under different brand names. I bet that one is from the 80's

Wilton bullet vise I have its a bigun, need some help as I may be getting rid of it

Thanks Dan for all your info and advise :) As far as the guy saying I was asking $2400. Please read before going off on a rant. I said what list was, not saying that is a price anybody is paying. Just stating a fact. As far as never getting $300 back I have had at least 3 firm offers of...

Wilton bullet vise I have its a bigun, need some help as I may be getting rid of it

Its only worth what somebody will pay for it. The new version of this vise american made is $2,400 list. I would never pay that amount for it, but I also would never sell it for just a few hundred. At that price I would just keep it because if I ever needed it once it would most likely be...

Clark Brothers pipe vise???? what is it?

Been clearing things out and I found this. I recall buying this a while ago and doing some research (very minimal) and this company ended up possibly being bought out by a company that was later picked up by Ingersol Rand (again this may be wrong) Any idea exactly what this tool is for?

Wilton bullet vise I have its a bigun, need some help as I may be getting rid of it

I am in Delaware. I do not recall exactly what I paid on it but it was a lot more than $300. I bought a much smaller one for around $300 but it was fully restored and that one is a keeper as I have projects I will use it on.

Hey guys. Long time no post on my part. Going through some personal BS and I think I will be getting rid of some of my projects and maybe trimming some of my many personal collections. Anyway this vise was something I was going to restore, but I really do not have a need for something this...

I have seen a top and bottom of that box with two side boxes go for about $1,900 all in with fees and taxes, and that box was beat. I would say you did pretty well. I like the tools btw. Looks like you get good value for your dollar. Congrats!

    Gray Tools Vise

If the COO is not in the metal of the vise and its made today it is Chinese. If it is older and it is not in the metal it may be Japanese or Chinese depending on age. The older Japanese stuff is not usually as good as US, but in MHO is way better than the average Chinese one. I would never...

Oldest metric wrenches you have or you have seen?

What are the oldest metric wrenches you have or you have seen? I can not find them and I am bad with taking pictures but I have an old set of Indestro metrics. I also have a really old partial set that is made in the USA that has no name and I am assuming they are Western Auto or something of...
