Been clearing things out and I found this. I recall buying this a while ago and doing some research (very minimal) and this company ended up possibly being bought out by a company that was later picked up by Ingersol Rand (again this may be wrong) Any idea exactly what this tool is for?

I am in Delaware. I do not recall exactly what I paid on it but it was a lot more than $300. I bought a much smaller one for around $300 but it was fully restored and that one is a keeper as I have projects I will use it on.
