Also what improvements might you make? The con I see is the welders' adjustments being on the side of the cart if sitting down to weld on the fab table. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying.

Wow thanks for all of that info! I found lightly sanding them with 150 grit on a DA makes quick work of the dross and shines it up nice. I will be selling these. If they end up selling well I will look more into a tumbler at that point. 100-200 dollars isnt a lot of money but I cant justify...
